At TEI (Team Educational Institution), we believe that education for the 21st Century must be both broader and bolder. A modern education needs to do much more than ensuring good marks, which is the minimum responsibility of a school. A ‘good’ education must produce much more: a ‘good’ human being with a broad range of capabilities.

Our Mission

At TEI (Team Educational Institution) education takes into account the three realities of a human being: material, Soul, and divine. In turn, Team education is based on four building blocks, developing in children Life Skills, Global Understanding, a spirit of Service to the World , and an attitude of Excellence in everything.

About TEAM EDUCATION

In this modern world people have forget the Social Values of Education and started to live in a machinery world. As a society we started to create a negative environment subconsciously that affects the younger generations more and leads an unhealthy society both mentally and physically. Understanding this issue well as a TEAM we have taken a Tool called Montessori Education to fight against the Negative impacts created in our Society.
TEAM EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION was started Six years ago at 3/171A, Dr.Ambekar Street, Mudichur, Tambaram, Chennai-60048. This is headed by Mrs.Anna Steffi as Principal & Director.
As a Progressive Montessori Teacher Training Institute we train our teachers with Montessori way of Education and enhance their skills not only limiting to Montessori Education but also on other life skills training that will be very useful to them on handling their own children’s and children’s in their school.

About TEAM EDCATION

We provide different courses such as Diploma in Montessori and Child Education & Advanced Diploma in Montessori & Primary education as well as other relevant courses. This Diploma certification courses are valid throughout the world.
Our achievements are more than 1000 Students are passing out from our Institution on yearly basis. Also 100% of them are getting placed in International, Matriculation & Montessori schools around Chennai with good salary packages.
We provide full time and part time courses on which different school teachers have enrolled themselves to improve their teaching skills along with the recognized Diploma certificates.
As a management we follow strict rules and guide our students on all aspects. Especially we dedicate special time to each and every student and work with them for their success.

Our Founder

MR.M.Michael Doss, Founder of Team Educational Institution an Montessori teachers training and Montessori Play school, He is having thirty years of professional experience in field of Teaching. He have worked with Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited ( CPCL) sponsored Polytechnic college as Professor handling various subjects theory and practicals. He posses such an positive approach and committed towards the excellence in the field which he pursue.

Our Principal & Director

Mrs.Anna Steffi Felix, Principal of Team Educational Institution an Montessori Teachers training and Montessori play school, She is having five years of experience in IT Sector handling Quality, Marketing and Human Resources management. Also she is having ten years of strong experience in handling Montessori play school and Teachers training. She have completed her B.Sc mathematics plus Diploma in Advanced Montessori in Teachers training and Diploma in Early Childhood care Education.
